Our wireless uni-directional (1-way) electricity energy monitor is for simple monitoring purpose with low cost. If you also want to control the monitored electrical appliances, you may refer to our bi-directional (2-way) electrical energy saving monitor and control system.
The bi-directional (2-way) energy monitoring and control system makes the user not only able to monitor the energy consumption datas of up to 14 connected electrical appliances on its LCD screen, but also able to control the turning on/off of all the connected appliances remotely just from the monitor's location.
The bi-directional (2-way) system is simply consisted by a controller and a number of sensor sockets (data collection sensor terminals). The number of the sensor sockets should be decided by the quantity of the monitored appliances. One bi-directional monitor can support up to 14 appliances and one power transmitter. Each appliance need one sensor sockets (data collection sensor terminal). Plug the inductor first into the power supply, then use the sensor socket as the power socket for the monitored appliance. All sensor sockets work with the monitor together bi-directionally so that the monitor can receive information and send instruction from/to each inductor.
If the controller is placed on the second floor and one connected electrical appliance in placed on the first floor. You can turn on/off that appliance just on the second floor remotely. This is really good and convenient for home management.
Both the uni-directional (1-way) and bi-directional (2-way) energy monitors and wirelss control system have PC link interface to allow data output through an USB cable.
